Throughout my years as a professional social worker, I have repeatedly heard clients state that they are searching for ways to feel happy. While happiness is a state of mind that people frequently wish to achieve, it is important to remember that this feeling can come from several different outlets, can be influenced by a variety of factors, and means something unique to every individual. In an effort to support each person's individual pursuit of happiness, I have decided to begin a new initiative to promote ways in which you can help yourself to happy.
